Is it Summer Yet?

Nicole Mayo: I am a 37 year old happily married woman of 15 years with 3 amazingly wonderful kiddos. I am also a born again Christian and I just do my best to love Jesus and follow his teaching to love others and the Word. I enjoy fitness and nutrition, but the truth is they are only a portion of my day. Being a wife and a mother are my most important roles I am blessed with. I also love my hobbies of woodworking and other artistic avenues. This website is about more than just fitness because I believe a balance of work, fitness, family and fun is important. I am also battling chronic Lyme Disease and feel that educating and spreading awareness is crucial to changing poor treatment guidelines.
